Reports are available in 65 of Florida's 67 counties. Dixie and Taylor counties are not available yet because their records are not accessible online.

Terms of service

KnowBeforeYouBuy sells public-records research summaries for Florida properties. Reports are delivered by email within 48 hours of receiving the property address. Coverage is 65 of Florida’s 67 counties (Dixie and Taylor counties excluded); code-enforcement history is included only where the county publishes it online. Every report is a public-records summary — not a title search, not title insurance, and not legal advice.

Refunds & cancellations

Each report is custom research prepared after you order. If we can’t deliver your report within 48 hours of receiving the property address, or your property turns out to be outside our coverage area, we’ll refund you in full — just email orders@knowbeforeyoubuyfl.com. Pack credits never expire. If you haven’t used any credits from a pack, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
